Trileçe (Milk Cake) Caramel is a delicious dessert that is becoming increasingly well known. Softened with sponge-like sponge cake and milky sherbet, the history of Trileçe is quite old. It is based on the cake that the Spanish call "Tres Leches" and it's prepared from three types of condensed milk. The correct spelling of dessert is Trileçe, although there are those who pronounce it as Traliçe, Triliçe or Trile.
